One Step Save now supports PaperStream Capture, expanding our scanning integrations and strengthening the connection between Ricoh Document Scanning solutions and NetDocuments. Instead of scanning locally and then manually navigating back into the DMS to upload and profile the document, users can work through a more connected scanning workflow.

Along with our PaperStream Capture integration, One Step Save can now support a streamlined scan, save, and upload workflow directly from a webpage. When a website prompts a user to upload a file, One Step Save can help the user scan the document, save it into NetDocuments, and return that newly scanned file back to the website for upload.
