One Step Save is built on a zero-knowledge security model. Users can only access One Step Save by logging in through NetDocuments with your NetDocs credentials. We never see, know, or save your NetDocs password.

One Step Save never stores your files. We leverage ndOffice by NetDocuments to ensure the secure access and transfer of your documents. Access to files is strictly governed by the permissions set by your NetDocuments repository administrator, ensuring that only authorized users can access them.

One Step Save empowers the NetDocuments administrator to tailor the selection of target applications and their associated actions for saving or opening documents via ndOffice. Simply log in as an administrator, navigate to ‘Admin’ from the dropdown menu under your name, and select ‘Target Applications.’ You can easily manage your preferences on this page by checking the box next to the target applications you wish to use.

Nope! You’re in control. You can enable as many supported target applications as you’d like using our admin console, all without affecting your monthly cost. And if you find yourself needing an application that’s not currently supported by One Step Save, just reach out to our team. We’ll happily evaluate it for you at no extra cost.

Not at all. Since One Step Save pricing plans are user-based, you’re free to install it on as many machines as you need to use. Your monthly cost remains the same regardless of how many computers you install it on.

To cancel your One Step Save for NetDocuments service, log in as an administrator and select ‘Admin’ from the dropdown under your name in the upper right. Then, navigate to the ‘Plan & User Settings’ page from the left menu and click ‘Suspend My Account’ at the bottom of the page. Make sure to cancel before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid further monthly charges. Your suspended account will remain inactive but can be reinstated at any time in the future.

To reinstate your account, log in to One Step Save using a NetDocuments administrator account and follow the same steps to access the ‘Plan & User Settings’ page. Click ‘Reinstate My Account’ at the bottom of the page, where you’ll be prompted to enter payment information via PayPal. Once processed, your service will restart with a new monthly renewal date from today.
